My name is Heather Nevell and from a very young age my intuition told me that I can heal my self. The key to a life well lived is being connected to nature and natural healing. The connection to mind body and spirit for me was found through many modalities that are ancient in form. I have found one of my most powerful connections to sound healing early in my adult life, I was able to use sound healing to aid in my own health. I saw the connection between my physical, emotional and spiritual well being transform. I also learned that I was an empath and that my true destiny was to help heal others.
